Vendor Integration

We complete detailed analysis and planning focused on:

  • Detailed design to support integration
  • Operating model adjustments to account for unique vendor aspects
  • Document a joint production support model (if needed)
  • Create a draft upgrade plan, budget, and schedule

Vendor Stabilization

If needed, for vendor implementations we were not involved with, a customized plan for post-implementation correction of vendor integration can be developed and completed to address outstanding issues.
